Would highly recommend! Quick response over holidays. Great pricing and sent me photos of finished work since I was not home at the time. Do not have before photo but the whole side of my yard was full of Random junk. Planter boxes, lots of cardboard, blinds, light fixtures, speakers, random wood….he took care of it all!
I highly recommend Matt with REI junk removal! He was friendly, prompt, communicative, and very easy to work with. We needed a hot tub removed from our yard and expressed to Matt that we’d prefer it go in one piece rather than cutting it up, so we could avoid fiberglass becoming airborne in our yard. Of course it wouldn’t be an easy task moving this heavy & cumbersome hot tub across our backyard to the gate on the opposite side, and then through a gate door that’s only a few inches wider than the hot tub itself, and then around to the front street, but Matt came up with a strategy to safely remove the hot tub in one piece for us. He & his team work very efficiently & carefully, and left the site very clean when done. We will happily use REI junk removal again and can’t reccomend them enough! Thank you Matt!
Called REI for some junk removal, he answered his phone (unlike 2 others that I called) was very professional, and was able to get to our house in 2 days. They gave me a quote real quick with a few photos, confirmed price upon arrival, and they were even punctual! I highly recommend these folks to help remove your junk.
Matt and his team did an incredible job with our junk removal in Queen Creek! They were professional, efficient, and super friendly from start to finish. I had a large amount of clutter to get rid of, and they handled it quickly without any hassle. They arrived on time, worked fast, and left the place spotless. Matt was very pleasant to work with and really exceeded my expectations. Very fair price for getting rid of a fridge and other stuff I had piled up. Will definitely do future business with him!
